- Allows players and NPCs to gain up to 30% attack speed at max Agility and weapon skill (15% per stat at level 30).
- Makes attack speed more impactful, rather than only affecting fights with large stat differences.
- Exceeding the vanilla attack speed limit (20%) results in the slower opponent experiencing a slow-motion effect.
