Rain Cleans

• Cleans blood and dirt from the player, dog, wolves, and NPCs when it rains, gradually over time.
• The cleaning effect is triggered only if the rain intensity is above 0.2, avoiding light rain.
• It only works when the entity is outdoors, not inside interiors (e.g., buildings or shelters).
• Known issue: Rain effects still apply under outdoor covers like blacksmiths, and the interior check only detects buildings like houses.
